Harmfull pesticides and algae control agents are a major issue in many countries. In more and more countries, otherwise well-established pesticides are banned, as there is uncertainty about their impact on the environment and people. For example infiltration into groundwater, which can lead to problems for our drinking water supply.

At Innovio, we are deeply involved, in a development project that aims to get cleaning vinegar approved as an algae control agent. The application is pending at the Danish Environmental Protection Agency and ECHA (European Chemical Agency).

Cleaning vinegar will be the environmentally conscious consumer's natural choice, to replace more environmentally harmful products.

We hope our product is on the market in the first quarter of 2021, when the spring cleaning in the garden is on the doorstep
